Whenever I come here to this Popeyes I never have an issue with cleanliness or the food and the female workers are very attentive and work exceptionally well,but there’s this one guy,an older Indian gentleman who always has a nasty attitude towards me whenever I come in and I never do anything to the guy.For the most part I’m very respectful and courteous whenever I’m making my order and he always appears to be be snarky,rude and a bit racist,his body language and forceful tone of voice gives it all a way.Everytime I come in here it’s always a very unsettling feeling when I come across this dude,I’m not quite sure but I think he’s the manager.Popeyes definitely need improvement when it comes to customer service especially when dealing with minorities in a poor neighborhood.Not everyone in the area is a criminal that’s...

I gave it a three ⭐'s! I ordered from Uber eats at this location. Although my order was hot and fresh, it was wrong. I ordered two 8 pieces nuggets al la Carter. 1 large Mac & Cheese, and a half gallon of Minute Maid Lemon aide. The food order was correct with the exception of my sauces. I asked for Buttermilk Ranch, and Mardi Grad Mustard. They put the Mustard in correctly with the order. If they were out out ranch, they should have given me all mustard. Instead they put BBQ sauce in my order. If they were out of Minute Maid Lemon aide, they should have refunded the money back to my card. They sent Hawaiian Punch. They asked me to do a review last summer for free chicken. I was new to the area thought nothing of it. But two years later ? I’ve noticed the two cashiers are sisters when one gets an attitude about their lack of attention to taking orders ? The other will chime in and they will speak in their language. Swap cashiers and they’ll match energy because they’re related. But what makes it worse is they are adults and I’m a teen if I react and stoop as low as them I’m just like them.
