I never really leave negative reviews, but encountered terrible customer service here. This KFC is usually our go to when we need a quick meal. I used the mobile app to place and pay for an order. When my husband got there and showed them order number on his phone they told him someone picked up the order. He told them he just left the house and no one from our household picked it up. Keep in mind to log into their mobile app you get a pin sent to your email as the password, it’s pretty secure.
He said they proceeded to look at him as if it was his fault and gave him a hard time about remaking the order. He told them that this was an employee mistake, the receipt should have been checked properly before handing over the order and is no way our fault. After some back and forth he told them it’s either you make my food or refund our money. They begrudgingly remade the food. He dealt with the manager and the female employee who gave our food to the wrong person. Both were unapologetic and have him a hard time and he said the female employee had an attitude. He also noted while he was there someone else came in because they also received the wrong food and she was rude to someone trying to make an order. When they handed my husband the food he asked for hot sauce, they told him with an attitude he has to pay for, I PAID FOR IT AS NOTED ON THE RECEIPT! We didn’t get any of the other sauces requested or plates or utensils as requested.
I get it, mistakes happen, but it’s the way you handle it that reflects on you. We ordered our food, paid for it, came to pick it up in a timely manner. You gave away our food, you gave us a hard time for something that was in no way our fault, you were unapologetic, and then proceeded to give an attitude and a hard time on top of it.This is terrible customer service and a poor reflection on this establishment. I’ve never really had this problem before, not sure if it’s new employees or management, but someone definitely needs to step in and train the staff better...

There are too many places to choose from than to tolerate the disrespect and unprofessional atmosphere here. I go back and nobody is interested in replacing my order and they were only interested in refunding my money to get me out. This is 11:10pm and im trying to get dinner for my family. DO YOU USE THAT AT HOME FOR YOUR FAMILY? THE NEXT THING THAT MADE ME MAD IS THEY TOLD ME TO WAIT 7 TO 8 DAYS FOR MY REFUND ON MY CARD... THIS IS A BIG INCONVENIENCE.. Read moreI usually order delivery. Most of the time the food arrives hot, with proper order and timely. Lately, though, it has been different. My order is often missing something, or something I asked for has been replaced with something else. Today, I ordered Mac & Cheese and got wedge fries; which I almost never order. There also is very little chicken in the bowl meals. The entire top of the bowl used to be filled with boneless popcorn chicken, on top of the corn and potatoes. Now you get just a tiny bit of chicken and corn and a drop of gravy, can't even find the cheese. It's almost all mashed potatoes, definitely not worth paying over $7 with the tax. Incorrect orders happen so often, I am beginning to feel it's being purposely done. I get tired of complaining, but I don't know what else to do! If I still had a car, I would very rarely use delivery. I also tried the next closest KFC, and the result was even worse!! KfC needs to watch, train and screen their employees more carefully. I am not even going to bother complaining again to Grubhub, because the issue is getting worse, not better.
