I had an amazing experience at the Queens location of HerbOrganicOils! The customer service from Tee and Ava was top-tier — warm, welcoming, and super knowledgeable. They both took the time to help me find the perfect oils and fragrances, and made the whole shopping experience feel personal and enjoyable.

The quality of the oils is incredible. You can tell they’re made with care — they smell absolutely amazing and last all day without fading. I’ve gotten so many compliments whenever I wear them! Whether you’re into sweet, fresh, musky, or earthy scents, there’s something for everyone.

Stopped in the store today, and was greeted by a smiling Jabril (the owner). I expressed my interest in the oils as I am a newbie. I told Jabril the scents I gravitate to, and he got to work! Jabril chose multiple options to see what I liked. He was very attentive and engaged my children as well in their search for new scents. We not only received scents that we love, but also an education on the composition of the oils, and comparisons to other products on the market.
