OH NO HONEY 😰. I have done my nails twice at this salon. The first time I did acrylic tips and it was a nice first experience since it was the first time I was doing my nails. The second time was today and oh no 🙅‍♀️. This time I did SNS powder dip and the lady attending me cut me THREE times in three separate fingers. Idk how you manage to do that with a NAIL FILE but she managed. And she noticed too but pretended she didn’t and still continued to put some type of liquid on my nails that got on the cut and it hurt so bad 😭😭. I was planning on tipping before this but after that oh nah. When I had to pay and the lady asked me to tip I told her I wasn’t tipping and she got mad at me 😭❓ like idk girl maybe if you didn’t put me at risk of an infection then maybe you would have gotten a tip ☺️. Definitely not coming here again. With those prices you should provide a service that doesn’t include harming...

OK! I have to say that finally, The reviews on this website for this account is correct. After losing my long time nail person I’ve been to like six different salons and was not happy at all not even once. I was just OK or out the door. Here I find Phoenix, online not only did they take me right away they were very, well customer service oriented, Sharon help me pick a color. I love the way Jane did my 💅 I love the way she massage my hands my feet. I like the fact that she focused on my hands and feet throughout the whole time and I’m very grateful that I found them. Made the appointment for 6pm, got there at 5:40 and was not seen until 6:30pm. I was late to my dinner reservation I had for 8pm because of how long they took. I said short tips and my thumb is shorter than the rest of my nails and the top of my nails are wider than the bottom. The nail design was not good, and definitely not worth $25 for 2 lines. It would have been nice if they told me the nail design was $25 on top of the $55 for acrylic nail set. The cherry on top, she’s not even done with my nails towards the end and she’s already servicing another guest knowing I’m in a rush to go. It’s very rude to ask the customer how much tip on the card assuming they deserved a tip....
