KFC — Restaurant in New York

I love this place I really do it’s very clean and all the time have good service but I went there not too long ago and the service was terrible I asked for a five dollar fill up which I didn’t know was gone and lady keeps saying I can’t hear u which is perfectly fine but then she called some other lady who rolled her eyes asking me what again which is fine I explained and asked so what can I get she asked me how much money I had I told her and she gave me some options which once again Is fine but while she was talking to me she kept a rolling her eyes and before BEFORE they made the food I told her never mind bc I wasn’t wanting to spend all that money so then she rolled her eyes and I kept a saying sorry I’m sorry and she pauses look at me btw before that I put some face mask on my face and it looked like she was staring at me so I wanted to let her know it was not sweat and she said” I never said it was” and I was like oh ok I know she didn’t ask but she said it in a rude way but anyways my whole year been going to this kfc and NEVER experienced this so just wanted to put...

Unprofessional staff. Less attentive to customers because they’re more interested in chit chatting with each other. Running around with their phones as they touch food. Just count the germs being transferred. Ask for leg and thigh, they give you something different, it’s happened way too many times at this same location. Review your receipts carefully. They over charge and sneak promotions without asking if you want to partake first. The lids to the cup should not be facing up but they are so they’re touching the lids and covering your drink with their germs. I’m sorry, this place is the closest to my house but after witnessing so many hygiene issues and experiencing rude staff. I drive further into Mr Vernon for better services. It’s unfortunate people don’t cherish jobs anymore. Forget about speaking to management. They’re all cahoots with their subordinates; they are aware of the unethical practices within the store and kitchen. THIS IS THE WORST KFC WE ATTENDED. THEY TRY TO ROB YOU WITHOUT A GUN. TWO DIFFERENT INCIDENTS THERE. CAME IN THERE IN ORDER SOMETHING FOR ME AND ONE OF THE BOYS AND THE MANAGER CHARGE ME EXTRA MONEY ON MY BILL. I ASKED HIM WHY ARE YOU CHARGING FOR A DONATION WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST, HE THEN PROCEEDED TO REACH IN THE REGISTER AND GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. SECOND INCIDENT HAPPEN A COUPLE DAYS AGO, I SENT ONE OF THE BOYS TO PICK UP THREE ORDERS OF THEIR NEW SPICY WINGS WHICH WAS $4.99 A PIECE WHCH SHOULD OF COME TO $14.97 PLUS TAX. THE TEENAGWR GAVE HIM A $20 BILL AND ONLY GOT $2 BACK WITHOUT ANY RECEIPT. THE TEEN CALLED ME AND I WENT DOEN THERE TO ASK HIM WHERE'S THE RECEIPT, HE THEN ASK US TO GIVE HIM THE CHANGE BACK AND HE GAVE US BACK THE $20 BILL. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS KFC!
