Haffen Park — Attraction in New York

I can’t wait to have my cookout at this park! I stopped by because I was in the area and my dog needed a potty break. This park has everything a full park has but in a two block radius. Pools, including a kiddie one, renovated basketball courts with bleacher style seating, mini soccer field, tennis courts, playgrounds, a mini outdoor stage area. They have an abundance of picnic tables situated in areas with plenty of shade no matter the time of day. The picnic areas have designated trash cans for charcoal. The playgrounds have sprinklers and old fashioned swings. With that being said I have four stars because there are some areas for improvements but I guess there’s no rush because it doesn’t serve a huge population. It really is...

Great part of the upper east side of the Bronx NY. Easily accessible via exit 11 off New England Thruway I95. The is a public swimming pool, basketball and soccer field, children's playground with slides, swings etc. There's also a performance stage and lots of open areas for picnicing and gatherings.

The staff are very patient and helpful with all of the patrons. The poolside areas have many chairs, lounge chairs, umbrellas. Enough for everyone. The decor/ paintings/ murals were all bright and friendly, just like the demeanor of all the staff!! What a wonderful trip I had. I highly recommend Haffen Pool and Park to everyone.
