Lies lies lies and money hungry. First off I asked about a home decor which I was told was originally 200 bucks but they told me it was out of Stock and will be back in 2 months when it finally came back in I asked again how much it was just to confirm this is the 200 dollar home decor I asked about 2 months prior. They then told me it was 299. I lied and told the guy on Instagram but I was told on the phone a while ago it was 250 when really it was originally 200 to see if they were honest with their customers and of course he lied and said “ yeah that was before shipping went up now shipping cost us more”. And that’s the customer problem how ?? Anyways I was also told he was able to ship to me months prior then when I went to go place the order with the discount the Instagram guy gave me (250) the guy on the phone argued we won’t ship it unless you spend 5k or more at our store. Why 2 months before I was told no problem when it’s back in stock we’ll ship to you. Now I have to spend 5k or more to receive an over priced home decor ?? Just ridiculous and unprofessional people. They need to get their stuff together they got one person on the phone telling me something and one person on their Instagram telling me another. Read moreThis company is beyond horrible and predatory. I have dealt with unprofessional individuals before but this company takes the cake on the worse possible cases ever. My sister who spent almost $6000 on furniture with them haven't received hers yet ( 2 months later, after been giving the run around.) They recently told her their warehouse was under construction. She had referred me and I bought furniture worth $2300 worth that I was supposed to receive within 2 and half weeks (it's past that of course). They keep turning me around, promising to check the status and 'expedite' delivery. And then they'll ghost me for a few days with no return call or text message. Apparently they do not cancel your order unless you pay 35% penalty. As I am typing this, I still do not know if and when I'll get my furniture and no one picks up when you call the store. Read moreI bought a couch for my new home at Habibi Furniture. I bought it before the summer and moved in after the summer so I didn't have a chance to closely inspect it. Once I moved in I noticed an area on the couch that was incorrectly stitched, a defect that could not possiblybhave happened after the couch was manufactured. I sent them pictures of the defect and they said that it was too late. I can understand that response if this was a defect that could have been caused by me but it was clearly a defect from them or their manufacturer. I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which the store chose to ignore. Beware of buying from them. In the picture you can see how it is supposed to look and the circle shows the defect. And this is in a location right in the middle ofnthe couch so can't cover it...
