YOU WONT REGRET KUM FUNG! Hands down the best Chinese food spot on Staten Island. I've been dealing with them since 2004 when they were further down Bay St in a hole in the wall, didn't have any seating but had a crowd waiting to pick up food. They're now at a better property with much improved signage, seating area and their food is still phenomenal. Delivery typically takes around 30 mins. The husband-wife ownership is amongst the friendliest!

They are 5 mins away and it took them 1 hour to deliver. Terrible!! Ordered fried wontons and they were so hard and oily. Just threw it in the garbage. My Shrimp Lo Mein had no taste all. And boneless spare ribs with pork fried rice was not it, no taste, rice was not cooked well, very dry. Only the baby fried shrimp was ok, this will be the last time I order.

I am eating right now and I had to call them to say it’s the best chicken broccoli in garlic sauce. Not only it’s absolutely tasty, this place tenderizes their chicken so it doesn’t look like a sole of a shoes like from any other Chinese places. Happy. Happy.

Not good at all. We just ordered from here literally an hour ago and it just taste like leftover dried out food. I threw away $40 of food. I don’t recommend it at all. The dumplings were in such a thick casing and had zero flavor. The broccoli and chicken was only broccoli and leftover chicken pieces that were so tiny it almost looked like shredded chicken. The rice was super burnt out and dry and had chicken bones inside of it which was the ultimate turnoff. They also used shredded chicken in the rice which I have never seen before in Chinese dishes. The sweet and sour chicken also had a very thick breading around it and the sauce was almost watered down. The plain lo mein was the only decent dish we tried. It all went in the garbage within 5 minutes of it being in my...

So I just placed a delivery order, and I’m vegetarian and have been for years. No one in my house eats meat or has ever. We don’t make animal products. I ordered general tso tofu, and they gave me chicken. I called because I threw out the food as soon as I got it, because I find meat disgusting. Instead of them fixing it, and offering to make me a new one, and DELIVERING (as I paid for delivery fee) they told me to drive and have bring the one I already threw out in order for me to get it fixed. Inconvenient and poor customer service. Will not be ordering...
