New Golden Dragon — Restaurant in New York

I eat take out Chinese regularly. Yesterday I gave this place a chance and I ran to the bathroom less than a few hours later. I’m talking like really bad cramps and the runs. I say this to say their practices are probably very unsanitary and I find it very sad! Sesame chicken was not good, only Good thing was their fried rice. I had an awful experience with this restaurant. We ordered food from them at 07:00 PM. It was 09:40 PM and the food still hadn't arrived. We called them like five times and each time they would say "soon soon". Mind you that we were literally like 10 minutes away from them. To make things worse, when the food finally arrived at almost 10:00 PM, it was all cold and it did not taste good at all. Highly regretted...

This used to be my go to Chinese food spot as it is close to my job but, as of my recent experiences it has gone down hill. The customer service is terrible now which is a shame because they used to be so nice; they also now charge an extra fee if paying with a credit card even if you are over the minimum of $10.00 charge.
