My mother called to order food from here. They ordered a pie and chicken wings. When we opened the chicken wings one of the wings had what looked like a piece of Brillo pad wire inside of it. It was inside the wing and sticking out. My mother called to let them know about it and was told what do you want me to do about it. So I decided to call them and asked for a manager/owner. I spoke with joe the manger and he told me they don’t make them. That they are just the middle man they buy them and cook them. I said ok but they are the ones buying them and cooking them so it’s up to them for quality control. It wasn’t like it wasn’t visible it’s sticking out of the wing. I asked what solution he’d offer. He told me that he would refund me for ONE wing or send me ONE wing to replace it. I asked if he felt this was the right thing to do and he said yes because only one chicken wing had the issue not the whole order. Who would eat the rest of the order after seeing that? I called and made an order at 5:50 ok I ordered the #1 seller 20$ and tax 21.95 almost 22.00 ok whatever that doesn't bother me it comes with one pie 1 order of garlic knots mozzarella sticks and a soda. Me and my wife ALWAYS order Penne with Brocolli lunch special.. when i told her on the phone, she said it would be extra for the broccoli and i tried to explain to her that it comes with broccoli and i always order this.
