If I can give this place no stars I would ! Worst experience ever . Horrible customer service . I wanted to try a new place I saw that this place had 4.3 stars . They sent me a large ceasar salad that had barely any lettuce in the container and old dried up chicken . The salad was not even filled a 3rd of the way. Not to mention the pizza was ice cold and the size of a medium pizza. Very small pie not worth the money . The worst part was when I called to tell them nicely about the food, they told me I had to come get it , or wait another hour . I will make sure not to ever order from them again. This restaurant...How do I put this...To me, I've lived in this neighborhood for a long time, well over a decade, and let me say that Via Ponte is a pillar of this community. The staff is extremely friendly and diligent, and I swear, the food has been getting better and better over the years. In all my years, I never once had an issue with my food. I got exactly what I ordered, made to perfection. For years me and my family have eaten food from this restaurant, and for more years to come we shall continue to do so. How do you offer a lunch special that's more expensive than buying the hero and soda separate????, chicken Parm hero 10.49, can of soda 1.49, that's 11.98, but they making a big deal about it being the hero and soda together new lunch special for 11.99, . . . Duh! Other day it was offered to me with the eggplant Parm at 10.49 for hero and soda so I got it, but suddenly today it's 11.99 , sure it's only a penny more for the "special" lunch deal but again how is that a special???? Special rip off maybe to move soda cans...
