La Cabana Salvadoreña — Restaurant in New York

I HAD A HUGE PROBLEM WITH THIS PLACE. I ORDERED ONLINE WHERE THEY HAVE ONE SET PRICE, HOWEVER I WAS OVER CHARGED FOR TWO ITEMS I ORDERED AND THE MANAGER REFUSED TO ADJUST THE PRICES I CLEARLY SAW ONLINE BECAUSE THEY HAVE DIFFERENT PRICES IN THE STORE. THEY NEED TO UPDATE THEIR ONLINE MENU BECAUSE THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THE DRIVER FROM DOORDASH HAD TO CALL ME BECAUSE MY ORDER WASN'T PUT TO MAKE AFTER WAITING AN HOUR FOR THEIR DELIVERY. WHO EVER TAKES DOWN THE ORDERS OVER THE PHONE IS VERY NASTY, IMPATIENT, RUDE AND DOES NOT LISTEN TO WHAT THE CUSTOMER IS TRYING TO ORDER AND DECIDES TO GIVE YOU WHAT SHE FEELS SHE WANTS TO GIVE YOU. THEY DIDN'T DELIVER MY COMPLETE ORDER ON TOP OF THEM DELIVERING MY FOOD TWO HOURS DELAYED. WHEN I CALLED IN A POLITE MANNER TO LET THEM KNOW THEY WERE MISSING SOME THINGS AND TO SEE IF THEY COULD ADJUST MY PRICE CORRECTLY THE LADY OVER THE PHONE REFUSED TO TALK TO ME AND HAD THE MANAGER TALK ON THE PHONE WITH ME BUT HE ENDED UP PUTTING ME ON HOLD AND NOT KNOWING THAT I SPEAK SPANISH THEY SAID NASTY COMMENTS IN THE BACKGROUND. The waitress was very rude from the start, no sense of customer service, our table even had a dirty plate from previous customer. She had an attitude when I asked her questions about the menu, she did not bother to ask if I needed anything else. As I was waiting for my food I saw a huge COCKROACH crawling around the wall around where I was sitting!!!! I ordered Pupusas and they were 1/10 worst pupusas I ever had in my life.. The pupusas were so greasy, no flavor what so ever, the tomato salsa was nasty it didn’t even taste like tomatoes and was in a nasty yellow mustard bottle. I also had the horchata and even the horchata was horrible, it taste like dirty water and sugar. This place needs a deep cleaning ASAP, as well as a roach exterminator. Not to mention the bathroom were gross, very nasty. The bathroom smelled like it hasn’t been clean in months. Just horrible a lot of cross-contamination. AVOID THIS...

What a horrible place, the waiters are very rude. I went to have pupusas and they lack flavor, too much masa. Nothing like other pupusas I had before in other locations . They have cockroaches everywhere, we need SANITATION to do an inspection in this place because is horrible. If you’re going for a quick beer then this is the place for you but if you want good customer service and good food, do yourself a favor & save your money go elsewhere. Also the bathroom stinks horrible, and the soap is diluted with water!! I asked for better lemons because they gave me hard ones that only has two drops of actually lemon.
