CTown Supermarkets — Local services in New York

Long lines and not ample space for customers to form lines without congesting the front area. Poor customer service. Any time I've tried asking a rep a question I'm always told to go to the front in a harsh manner. When I do I'm told to speak to the manager. Answering customer inquiries is suppose to be a part of customer service but apparently this particular establishment seems to only provide decent customer service to Spanish speaking customers only. I'm a fair skinned Latina who is often times mistaken as Caucasian. I've noticed their desire to help me depends on whether or not I'm speaking Spanish. Very disappointed. Been living around this location for 2 years ,by far the worst crown ever,because they make there own desired prices on each of there products which in result makes everything expensive even as far as charging bottle tax x2 for water which shows how money hungry they are ,the reason I know this because the ctown on Burnside ave btw 179st n Webster does not charge bottle tax ,there big copped meat is btw $6-9 a big pack,and there prices are determined by the company which means they always have deals and won't try to steal or say your $100 is fake and walk away with it like the location on 204st tried with my wife,I even got acquainted with the owner from Burnside,Jonathan ,super cool and they do free...

Talk about over priced! I've never been in a supermarket where the prices exceed a deli or the corner store. There's got to be somebody the government can send to check this out.
