Humita didn't taste bad, but it was more corn flour than corn, cheese? Maybe, but I didn't see it. Empanada de verde, definitely no. Caldo de salchicha, flavor was good, I added a little bit of salt, lime, tasted good. But I only got 2 pieces of morcilla and 2 of the plantain sausage. My husband got 3 of each. La Hueca Ecuatoriana es simplemente espectacular ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. La comida tiene un sabor auténtico, con ese toque casero que te transporta directamente a Ecuador. El servicio fue excelente, siempre atentos y amables, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. La atmósfera es cálida y acogedora, perfecta para disfrutar en familia o con amigos.
