Sushi King — Restaurant in New York

This is arguably the worst sushi I’ve ever ordered. I just got one of the sushi bowls and the bowl is full of rice (not on the menu nor in the picture, I don’t eat rice & would not have ordered this had I known the bowl was mostly rice) and hard white iceberg lettuce. The nine pieces of fish were small, the avocado hard and inedible and the egg is simply disgusting. I would give 0 stars if I could. I might as well have opened my window and thrown my money out. We were fooled by the good reviews. Never again. Food was definitely not good. Sushi rice was old/dry and the fish itself was fishy. We ordered 4 rolls - all tasted old. The Kani salad was flavorless, 99% cucumber, and included a huge piece of iceberg lettuce at the bottom to make it look like you were getting a decent portion. Bubble teas were flavorless/super watered down and we ended up tossing them. The only decent thing was the edamame. Other than that is was a HUGE waste of money, will not...

Friendly staff however my sushi which I ordered three hand rolls were made very bad! I ordered the eel with avocado, I received avocado wrapped in rice no eel and sauce. I ordered a Boston roll which turned out to be rice without shrimp and only cucumbers very neat! Lastly I ordered the shrimp tempura which smelled bad never again. Oh I had a bubble tea that was okay. To Sushi King don't cut back on the food to save because you don't save. $18 for vegetables wrapped in rice total rip-off...
