Latino Bites SunnySide — Restaurant in New York

I really wanted to like this new spot place since the other location in northern has so much hype and I enjoy supporting local Latino restaurants, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I ordered to go for me and my coworkers and found a piece of gum in my food which was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable.

I get it mistakes can happen, but finding something like that in your meal is extremely concerning and shows a lack of care in food handling.

I truly hope the owners take this seriously and make improvements, because no customer should ever have to go...

Definitely a place to grab and go. I was excited to finally have a Latino Bites in Sunnyside, but the service was disappointing. The servers forgot half of the items I ordered from the menu, and they were also out of some other items I wanted to get. The food was on point tho, I give them that.

They also charge you an included gratuity in the bill and will not tell...
