This place is absolutely disgusting. Me and my girlfriend ordered delivery. She had the rotisserie chicken with rice and beans. I had the lomo saltado. Her chicken was raw and she put it in the air fryer to ensure it was cooked. Aside from that I thought I was going crazy because my food smelled like cigarettes or burnt tobacco, like an ashtray filled with water. We determined it was the rice that smelled like that. Both of our rice orders had that disgusting smell. We lost our appetite immediately. I am never ordering from here again. I did not even get to try the lomo… my all time favorite dish. Aside from the cigarette smell from the rice, the steak looked tough and dry. Not quality.

This is our 2nd time trying this place. A few years ago we ordered from their Roosevelt ave Jackson Heights location and the food never came. I had to personally go to the location to replace my order and I remember the staff was busy flirting with eachother instead of preparing food. We decided to try this place again only this is their Greenpoint location. We figured that last time was a one off bad experience at a poorly managed restaurant. But it looks like the whole chain is a disaster…. Such a shame you cant get good peruvian food in Astoria/LIC….....

We got there around 8:30ish almost 9, we were seated and brought some chips and sauce. Waited about 10 minutes as multiple waitresses passed by us and we had to flag one down to take out order. The food took almost half an hour to get to our table.. my boyfriend ordered chicken tenders and fries and he said they tasted as though they where cooked to long and tasted burnt. I ordered the grilled chicken with mushrooms the food was good. The atmosphere was okay but the DJ of the night would not stop talking or singing and wouldn’t Dj and let the music play.

I understand doing he is doing his job but sometimes you just want to listen to the music and not have it be interrupted by talking. The waitresses looked like they didn’t want to be there. I had a prior issue with this restaurant when I ordered online through seamless and due to the fact that they didn’t update there hours of operations my food was never delivered.

I decided to give this place a second shot. All in all it was an okay experience but the servers should be a bit more attentive to the customers and not have to flag someone down in order to get noticed. Would have given a 4 Star rating but the lack service and attention...

The only reason its getting a 2 star is because there were 2 things that were good. Let me explain, ordered food for 4 people and a dessert for me because my birthday is this weekend. Ordered 2 bandeja paisa, corbina, and breaded chicken and french fries all with rice and the bandeja paisa were supposed to come with beans and arepa...didn't receive beans and/or arepa. Then the avocado inside the bandeja paisa was black from the heat of the food, the rice in all the meals were partly hard and tasted like leftovers. Ordered a lemonade and a mango shake with milk lemonade tasted like water with hint of lemon, the mango shake didnt have milk only water and also only tasted like water with the hint of mango. The only 2 things out of the entire $90 order that was good, the breaded chicken and the tres leches cake. We called and they offered a credit on our next meal but honestly how could we? It was not edible in the least. We feel absolutely terrible throwing out most of the food because we know there are people suffering out there not able to get food on the table for their family and we are fortunate enough to order food and there are GOOD restaurants going out of business but how are...

Please be aware this is not an authentic Colombian restaurant and trust I'm a big time lover for my Colombian peoples dish. This place is a Mexican restaurant portraying like its Colombian but it's 100% not Colombian at all if you want real Authentic Colombian food try pollo marios, El basurero, and Tierras colombianas try those places and then try this and you will see the change in look and taste and we all been to Mexican restaurants and you be the judge and post..... P.s. I'm 100% colombian and a big time meat lover and I've had all types of meats and this place had the nerve to tell me that the meat in the tin plate picture is a Churrasco with a large piece of fat that's half the size of the whole actual meat which is not at all a Churrasco.. now compare the next 3 pictures from 3 different restaurants is a real churrasco and you tell me people is this a Churrasco in the in the tin plate picture???
