Lems Fishnet — Restaurant in New York

The first and the second time I orders from this establishment the food was 3.5 stars with the exception of the oil that took over the paper bag and the plastics bag it was delivered in. The pasta was awful. It was old and it was spicy as hell. The fish on the other hand was great. I could taste the care and attention that the cook put into my dinner. when we finished our meal the first and second time. We literally wanted to fall asleep.

One the first order The delivery person got lost. The fish was great The broccoli and corn was well prepared. The pasta was horrible The okra was oily and bland The Macaroni was ( please see the photo) Fish gets five stars

The second time we ordered no complaints

The third time we ordered there was absolutely no love put into our meals. The fish was semi cold and as for the shrimps they were hard as a hell. I guess the good cook did not come to work that day.

After we ate what was manageable to eat. I was opening my pantry for something to eat. I had to pick around my meal. Sad.

The fish is awesome when it is cooked with...

Wish I could give no stars. Never going back.

1. Slow service. People ordered ahead & a person came after. About 5-6 people got there stuff before me
2. In this pandemic there is no point of you having a mask on your chin. They were breathing over peoples food. One girl was scratching/rubbing her face with gloves on. The same gloves she would use to deal with people’s food.
3. The young lady was rude as hell. At some point she had her head down leaning on the counter while talking to me. When asked if the food came seasoned or not she replied “Is this the first time you are eating here?” Never again.
4. The food was pricey also not worth it.

Would love to support black businesses but they seriously have to do better with customer service. The wait & the service was seriously not worth it....

First time customer and will definitely be my last. I walked in the store and greeted the guy behind the counter and he looked at me and rolled his eyes. As I patiently waited for about 10 mins without him acknowledging me he states "If your getting impatient then you need to leave!!" I turned around to look to see who he was talking to and realized he was talking to me. Then I asked "why do you feel like I'm being impatient?" Then he states because Of the way I your looking at me" then commence to carryon about how he's the only person working and he's not dealing with me...
