BKL PIZZA — Restaurant in New York

Really great place to get a quick meal but if you order anything other than say a cheese pizza or pepperoni pizza, you're in for a long wait as it takes long to prepare and cook, much longer than other pizza shops. There are no chairs there, you'll be standing there for up to 30 minutes depending on order and how many people are ahead of you, as well as how many online orders that must be processed. The staff although too little in numbers are very courteous and kind, they'll try and process your order as quick as they can, but with little staff and equipment, wait times are long. Good pizza, Poor service

I ordered online for pickup and there was no estimate of when it would be ready. I called to ask but no one picked up. I gave them 40 minutes and headed over. No one was at the counter so I waited a few min. The 2 pizzas and wings weren't ready and both workers weren't wearing masks. From online order to pizza in my hands was 1 hour.

All-in-all we got 2 pizzas and wings for $17 with a coupon so good value. Pizzas are generous on the toppings and pizza hut/dominos like with a pan-style crust. Skip the wings. Not a Covid-safe...
