Manager micro manages the consumer. Prices aren't in register, bait and switch tactics, circulars are in a problematic location thus exiting is intended to hold non-shoplifters captive. One patron was rudely told to go some other way out of the store (there are no other ways to exit the store manager lady duh), as if that wasn't rude enough...told can't one see there is a baby? Said baby was I'm guessing 3 to 4 years old riding a scooter in store between the exit walk ways where people pay at the checkout counter. Interesting enough the patron child was Latina as was the rude manager. Racism? No, just a case of ignorance since the child's mother and family weren't as ignorant as said manager. NEWS FLASH SENORA MANAGER! BE OBJECTIVE NOT BIAS IN DISPENSING STORE POLICES! MICRO MANAGING DOESN'T HELP WORKERS NOR PATRONS! THAT 'BABY' COULD HAVE BEEN INJURED IN THIS LOCATION BECAUSE OF YOUR IGNORANT PARTIALITY TO YOUR OWN CULTURE. COURTEOUS POLITENESS IS SYNONYMOUS WITH LATINA CULTURE MUJER. YOU ARE TOO GROWN TO BE IGNORANT, THE NEIGHBORHOOD HAS MORE LAW ABIDING CONSUMERS THAN SHOPLIFTERS MANAGER LADY, SO PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR LOCAL DEMOGRAPHICS.. LEARN MANNERS! COMPRENDAS? Really appreciate that this supermarket has gone the length to improve their aesthetic appearance. The selection has gotten better, but the prices have increase drastically. Unfortunately, also the customer service has declined significantly. Try to order from the deli today and the gentleman just kept sweeping and ignored me even though I said, excuse me may I get some help he looked at me dismissively and continued to sweep and clean. After 4 Minutes of doing his own thing he Finally decided to acknowledge me, but he was very rude. This is not the first time I’ve encountered this behavior here. I really wish they would work in their workers customer service skills. People who live in the community would love to support, but can we feel welcomed to when we come here especially since they’ve increased their prices so much. Dont really shop there...the girl from my last relationship used to buy groceries from there.i would prefer to go to a fresh food market.i actually visited there today to get some stuff for my mom .rice sugar Maggie cube and cheese..well we grenadians usually like the anchor newzealand cheddar cheese.i had asked them for it specifically but they didnt have it..i used to get it at that korean market on church between 51 and 52 oposite the capital one back so i went there to buy it but they didnt have it which was unusual and suspect to me because they used to have it..actually the lady thats behind the counter used to have a store at the corner of church and 54th steet butits closed down...
