My husband and I went to this hotel on Saturday. We reserved our room last minute because we were looking for other hotels, but to no avail. We spent 1 night there and it wasn’t that bad. The guy we met behind the counter was pretty tall. He’s kind and friendly. He made sure we were comfortable. He provided us with what we needed. Our problem was just the bedsheets and the floors. The bedsheets were all dirty and stained. They had brown spots on them and holes. I was shocked. My husband immediately said it has to go. I went and asked for new bedsheets and pillowcases. I’m surprised he didn’t have someone change them for us. He just gave it to us and said to change them. Even the ones we replaced had holes, but at least they were clean. Honestly they can do better. My other issue was the smoking. All the other rooms had people smoking and it caused the fire alarm to go off. Talk about a long night🙄. The bathroom, let’s talk about it. The bathroom was clean. Not SUPER DUPER clean, but it was clean to my liking. The toilet was clean, the sink was clean and the tub too. I just need for hotels to invest in bath mats. Put them on the ground to prevent water spills everywhere. My other issue was the room floor. It was slippery and I almost busted my ssa 🤣thank God my husband had an extra pair of slippers. The room smelt like bleach. I wanted to keep the door open for a while but I knew I couldn’t. The AC is so good. It gets cold in the room very quickly so we did a lot of switching on and off. They should change the TV in there. Imagine not having YouTube or anything on the TV. The TV has only channels which were boring as well. The mini fridge was very useful. I like that. Honestly do I recommend? Yes, but not for a first time. I give EVERYTHING a 6/10....
Read moreI had an extremely disappointing experience at this establishment and strongly urge others to avoid it. Upon checking in, it became immediately apparent that this location fails to meet even the most basic standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and customer service.
First, the room was in unacceptable condition. The bed was not properly made, the pillows were visibly dirty, and the curtains were torn and marred with dirt and burn marks. The bathroom had an unpleasant odor, as if it had not been cleaned, and the blow dryer was non-functional. The refrigerator did not work, and the closet was unusable due to a broken armrest. Additionally, there were no hangers, iron, or ironing board available, which added to the overall inconvenience.
These issues, combined with the apparent lack of attention to cleanliness and organization, suggest a serious lack of respect for guests. This is not just an oversight—it points to systemic negligence.
I would not recommend this establishment under any circumstances. In fact, I strongly believe it warrants an investigation by the appropriate authorities, such as the Better Business Bureau, to address these glaring deficiencies. This location is in dire need of significant improvements or potential closure to prevent further dissatisfaction and inconvenience to future...

The front desk guys try their best but they need some customer service training. I told the guy I was calling the Sunday morning at 12;00am to report that I needed an ice pack because I had bounced my ankle on a metal accessory on the lower part of the bed earlier in the afternoon, and I didn't know that it was badly injured until I touched my ankle as I was curling up to go to sleep. I told him about it, and he said he would come up to the room, and look at the area the injury happened, but he didn't. At check out time I asked how he didn't turn up , he just mumbled something. I asked him for an incident form so I can record the accident, and seek medical attention. He said he didn't have any forms at the desk I could get it online. I haven't check online yet. My ankle still aches when I brush against it. I am so scared to have an X-ray done because I fear what I may discover. My job demands a lot of long dangerous scouring through thick terrain, long standing, bending, and jumping over stuff, etc . They haven't contacted e to...
