After nearly 15 years, I finally made it back to Leo's Latticini (aka Mama’s), and it was like stepping back in time! The same wonderful ladies are still running this authentic Italian deli, keeping the tradition and charm alive. If you're looking for true Italian food and products, this is *the* place to be. I ordered the Mama's Special, a perfect combination of Prosciuttini, Salami, and Mozzarella with Mushrooms and Peppers. It was as amazing as I remembered—packed with flavor and made with the freshest ingredients. Every bite took me back to why this deli has stood the test of time. Leo’s Latticini is not just a deli, it's an institution. Whether you're a regular or it's been years since your last visit, the warmth and authenticity here never change. Highly recommend for anyone craving a taste of Italy!

What a waste of $10 first of all ladies behind the counter 1 had a mask on and the other one no mask. Then 6 customers no mask 1 customer and myself was masked. Ordered special lunch chicken parmigiana OMG dry as dry they must have made it 8 hours ago cheese was not gooey at all it was hard like a slice of cold cheese and the sauce was soaked into the breading not moist at all. Can get much better at a pizzeria.Threw it in the garbage 😞 Don’t understand how people rave about subpar food definitely will not return

I flew down from Buffalo just to eat that sandwich. It was so delicious. The Italian, with mushrooms and sweet peppers. You go next door to the bakery and sit down to eat. I got a delicious cappuccino after my sandwich. It was a true treasure hunt. I highly recommend it.

Simply put, THE BEST! From their mozzarella that melts in your mouth to their new Bakery treats this is just an incredible, yet simple pleasure. The prices are wonderful, the ladies are incredibly nice and every thing is great tasting. Fish on Fridays, Pork Sandwiches with Gravy, and of course the 'Mama's Special' Italian Hero. Holy cow this special is to die for.God Bless Mama who passed away Dec'09, but her memory and her smile lives on in her daughters and her grand daughter (Update: New Great Grand Daughter - who by the way is beautiful!). What a wonderful family. There is a reason why the entire NY Mets team, and their wives, eat here. QUALITY! Oh.. and for the genius over at Zagat who decided to call the incredible "Mama's Special" an 'italian sub' - come to NY and we'll show you what a Sub is. But please don't insult Mama's quality cuisine with such a lose, broad term. This is quality unlike any generic, over the counter, fast-food cold cut sandwich. This is four generations of incredible, family tradition on fresh bread. Sub?...

Leo’s Latticini - great deli products Italian and American. Friendly service from the women working the deli counter. Fresh mozzarella is excellent, Genoa salami, prosciutto , and soppressata are all good. Sliced thin. Different Italian cheeses, and delicious sandwiches on fresh semolina bread during lunchtime.

Went to Mamas Backyard Cafe and Bakery next door very nice Fresh Italian cookies, napoleon pastries, ciabatta breads, and Italian breads. Beautiful Italian cafe with tables and a patio with a fountain in the warmer weather months. Cappuccino served on glass.

The prices are good.

The owner was on site working with her employees and is very friendly to talk to.

My family used to live in the Corona neighborhood, and occasionally we commute to these stores From Astoria for nostalgia and the excellent...
