Li Wan — Restaurant in New York

When I lived in Queens, this was the only place we ordered from. I now live on Long Island. We compare every place to Li Wan and although some are ok, none are as good. Last night, I had a wake to go to at Hess, which is across the street. When my family realized where it was, I was bombarded with "STOP AT LI WAN AND BRING HOME FOOD"!!!!! Since it was late, I only brought home Egg Rolls and RP Fried Rice. OMG - it's the same as I remember. Real pieces of egg in the Fried Rice and the egg rolls are not greasy!!!! I might have to make more trips into Middle Village to get my Chinese food!!!!!! Thank you for not changing after all these years - just wish you opened a restaurant on...

I was there yesterday morning and the waitress was horrible. She was on the phone the whole time we were there. She acted like we were bothering her and her conversation. She tool about twenty minutes to take our order. When my husband ask her about the soup. She was really rude to him. She never came to the table and asked how we were doing. To see if we needed more drink or water. The food was not that great. HORRIBLE service. I will never eat there or order...

I ordered from this restaurant. They took my order and told me it be a half of an hour. I called an hour later to find out why my order was not delivered. I was told the restaurant was closed and not taking orders. Not only did I not get my order but they took payment for the order. When I asked why they didn't tell me when I placed the order they hung up on me and refuse to answer the phone. We will never be ordering...
