We purchased a bathroom ensemble on August 17, 2019: vanity & granite, cabinet with mirrors and two above the toilet cabinets. Only the cabinet with mirrors was available in the store that day so we took it with the understanding that the other items would be in the store by Monday, August 19, 2019. We drove from Riverdale to Middle Village that day and found that only the vanity & granite had come in. We complained so the manager issued a $26.00 refund for our trouble - the store should have called. We were told that the delivery truck from Brooklyn had broken down and they would call about the remaining items. We received a call to pick up the two other cabinets on Saturday, August 24, 2019. One of them was new and the other was damaged and had been used as a display, etc. The manager offered an exchange but it took till Saturday, August 31, 2019 for a replacement to arrive. We decided to install the damaged cabinet and hide the scratches rather than drive to Middle...

They have their own parking lot next door they have a variety of tiles wall and floor doors wood flooring bathrooms granities mirrors kitchen cabinets and recently low prices salesman are very helpful and while we were there they showed us a bunch of products that we could use The only thing that they do not deliver well I don't know that I would go there before I go to home Depot and Lowe's or any of the so-called discount stores The prices are very good...

Got tiles for the bathroom and floor. Great price. First visit was great. Second left a lot to desired. Almost got ran over by someone no xcuse me or sorry. One of the cashier had an attitude saying that they don't keep records for small purchases. I received different information the first visit. When they looked up my account surprise surprise my small purchase was recorded. Not sure if I'll go back for any other tile needs or recommend this...
