Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I am currently at this little Caesars right now and there’s a sign up for the back calzone for $7.99. I was looking at the menu and ordered it right in front of the cashier and I said hey let me get that calzone and he said OK no problem once the calzone he was made he told me that the price after-tax was $10 plus and I’m like wait a minute how much is it and he said oh the price been changed on that I’m I guess but you’re standing right next to the price even when I ordered it I pointed to it and you didn’t say that the price was more he said well that’s what it is. The young African American female that works evenings should be fired. I went in one night just to get bread sticks. She had 4-5 friends standing at the counter. No placing an order. Instead they were talking. The employee ignored customers as they entered. She was was digging in/sharing the plate of some foreign food her friends brought. As I asked her is someone working the front, she rudely said I need to pay attention to what line to stand in. Well if her friends weren't completely blocking the counter and she actually engaged the customer, we would know. Cons:

dirty unsensitized environment back inside. Workers don't care much to make your pizza neatly. Doesn't seem to care to clean their hands before making your pizza. They would literally touch something dirty and wouldn't mind touching ur pizza next. Always have to wait for 25-30 min even if there is only 3 customers standing. Not friendly at all. The guy at the front always rude and acting like he is doing you a favor. You can not get a napkin after asking 10 times. In other words: like a fish...
