I have been going to this bar since it opened on 13th street. I loved this bar. Recently, I have been treated terribly by the bartender and by a short, chubby security guard (I only describe him this way so he isn't confused with the tall or skinny security guards with the vest. They are dope). This weekend was the last straw. My buddy and I took his son to the bar. We were drinking and the night wasn’t over. "JR" (my buddy's son), went to get drinks and everything was ok, until he went to get the second round. That's when the bartender refused to serve him and said that he couldn’t have any more drinks because he didn’t tip. She turned her back to him and told the other bartender not to serve him anymore drinks and ignored him completely. First of all tipping is OPTIONAL. Second, the night wasn’t over and we, like most people, tip at the end of night, not after every drink. This has never been an issue. Third, if tipping was that much of an issue, why wouldn’t you just communicate with the customer that you would appreciate a tip after every drink or add the gratuity to the cost of every drink, instead of embarrassing, disrespecting, and ignoring a paying customer. This behavior was completely unwarranted, disrespectful, disgusting, and just plain unacceptable. There was no remedy for that night because of the rude bartender. You just lost 2 long-time patrons...
Read moreI've been 3 times , the first one was great , 2nd too, then last one was not that good...The bands were great, atmosphere too, service takes time to get a drink, the ice has a lot of ether though...And there was an incident were I was recording my friends ( I didn't realized or notice that girl on top..So 2 or 3 seconds got on my recording..She got upset & asked to be given $ because I Was recording her( I wasn't but yeah she appeared 3 secs on my recording ) I wasn't upset , I totally understand her & I said to her: -" Oh, I'm sorry , I didn't know but yeah you're right I'll give you something-" So I approached to my friends ( One in particular that was there watching TV & the girl, (which is totally fine) So I told him to pls give her some $ bc by accident she appeared 3 seconds on my recording ( I'll not put it on any social media but I do understand..) He said No..So it was embarrassing as the girl looked at me on a bad way & kept on saying loud ...So at the end my friend gave her some( I don't know how much , I told him at least 5dlls).. I said I'm sorry again to her but she was upset!! Anyway I'm a women I do support women but we have to understand in public places you don't need to make a scene, just tell me ,don't yell in front of everyone!! So that would be my only complain...Other than that It's great to have fun listen to your fav...

Went here after work with a friend to visit my friend who is a bartender. It wasn’t super busy from 730-8:40pm. I got a Shirley temple and the pizza. My friend got a blue marg and an amaretto sour. We both downed our drinks. Service was top tier. Great conversation. Great music. Overall a great experience! A group came with a dog toward the end of our time and the bartender gave the dog a bowl of water. I felt very safe and welcomed. The bathrooms are gendered however, they are single stall (and the vibe is use whichever feels right to you). You could spend hours looking at all the stuff they have on the walls. Please enjoy all the photos and videos I was able to take. I could write so much more but I will stop at this; I look forward to going again and trying other foods!
Note: photos of drinks were taken after I realized I forgot to take a picture, they came full!!! Note2: when inside look up you don’t be...
