This small park looks clean enough and is recreational. However, it's basically dominated by children and parents for their children. My friends and l sat down at a table in the park enjoying our afternoon. An type-A mom came to us and said that she paid and booked all the tables for her kid's birthday party. There was only a sign that mentioned the name of party, with no time duration nor authority of the posting. This mom was so worried that we took her time from decorating her little party that she forgot her manner. I almost feel sad for her. There's a restroom which is always welcome, and the park staff make a good job at keeping it clean enough.
Really fun in the summer when they turn on the water jets.
There's an attached "sports" area with a big astro turf lawn where people play team sports in the afternoons and weekends, or do PT or combat sports in the mornings. A couple of basketball courts complete the ensemble.
The cherry on top is the farmers market that sets up shop on Sundays. Small but good stuff.
