I was a bit disappointed at how unorganized the preparation for this event seemed to be: 1. Entering through the front door, I was left to wander among the multiple event rooms to locate my party. There was no greeter at the door nor any placards to guide one to the proper room. I asked a few workers, using the party girls name, and was repeatedly told there wasn't any party with that name. I knew that was inaccurate, but what was more amazing, not one of the workers offered to assist me further. They simply walked away. 2. I arrived at 7:30pm for a 7pm soiree. By the time I wandered the halls, it was about 7:40. I finally ran into another party goer who guided me to our room (that was mislabeled). It was an open bar with no bartender. I asked a few of the workers when the bar would open. They all said it should already be. I couldn't get a drink until well after 8:00. 3. I'm not a big drinker. I might even be considered a lightweight. I try to avoid unnecessary calories, so I ordered tequila rocks with lime. Between the drinks I ordered and drinks that other people brought to me, I must have had 12 straight tequila drinks that night looking for some sort of a buzz. My Uber there and back was a waste of money. I could have driven. I wholeheartedly believe that the tequila was watered down. 4. The appetizers during the cocktail hour were superb. Pictured is the onion soup bites. I literally could have had them as a meal. There were a multitude of other little delights that I don't recall, but they got it right with the appetizers. Fortunately, the evening was spent with great friends and great colleagues that made up for the missteps of the catering hall.

The place is great. However, the date of the event, the valet parking attendees are contracted by another company, and maestros was unaware that one of my guest needed to go back to their car for a gift. Turns out that valet parking attendee went into the car and searched for the envelope ✉️ 😳 gift. Yes, you all read right. That is a cause for robbery or theft! Thank God that 🙏 that my guest was smart to check for them selves and realized 😳 the gift was missing from the car. Called me, and I suggested calling maestroes. I personally work in law enforcement, and an investigation should be launched. Or Maestros would, right now, have news cameras in front. This is just unfortunate, a great place to celebrate 🍾 everything and renovation. I believe the parking needs to be better managed. My office has their party there every December. I hope this does not happen. The outcome will not be the same as it was this time.

I was a bridesmaid in my cousin's wedding and she had it here. It's great that they offer valet parking. It takes some of the stress off when attending an event. The inside is beautiful and offers several photo ops along its walls. The upstairs bridal suite was well lit with soothing and calming decor. We were given champagne and appetizers while dressing and having our makeup applied. The wedding went off beautifully and the arch provided for the ceremony was able to be used as the cake back drop. The only thing I didn't care for was the food. It didn't taste seasoned and was kind of bland. Although there was an assortment of main choices I just I expected more in terms of flavor. The staff was pleasant and accommodating and overall we had a wonderful time.

Picking out an affordable wedding venue in NYC is close to impossible. Coming across Maestros Caterers and their wonderful staff was definitely a blessing for us. From picking out the right room for our wedding to deciding on the menu the management team was amazing! They made us feel so comfortable and helped us in every way possible. The day of the wedding everything went as planned my guests were loving the food. That was the number one complement. The only reason I cannot give this place 5 stars is that during the reception the AC was not working and we were melting and throughout the reception it was just uncomfortably hot. Aside from that I definitely recommend this venue for all of your special events.

I never usually write reviews but I could not help but write a review about Maestros. My husband and I had our wedding there on June 15th, 2024 and from the moment we got in contact with maestros they have been nothing but helpful and amazing. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the service is wonderful and the food was amazing. I never thought we would’ve been able to find a place like maestros in the city! A special shout out to Bill who helped us so much and really worked with us in every way. He knows so much about what he does and we felt so taken care of by him and the rest of the staff. Thank you so much Maestros!!

Well, I will say this: the hall is absolutely stunning. The holiday decorations were immaculate and Unforgettable! My holiday party was held here 2 nights ago. Surprisingly, all the rooms were in close proximity but it didn't interfere with other parties. While inside our room, with the music playing, we could not hear what was happening next door. However, let's get to the food. Hmm, the menu seemed to be all over the place. The company chose every assortment of chicken possible. This was weird but good except for their version of chicken marsala. it seemed to be sour and too much of something that was mis-measured.
