Great lasagna, good pizza but phone orders and customer services you can always count on rude , sarcastic, condescending smart A@... response and service for example as the world knows yes the pizza can be fresh but when placed on tray display you obviously have to reheat you can choose warm or extra hot. When I ask if can make it extra hot for pickup. His response was “ No problem I’ll burn it!” No; he was not joking ; no laugh just attitude . I've been ordering from Martiniello's for awhile and used to love their pizza. Not anymore. I ordered two pizza slices with extra pepperoni. I got it, but also got a TON of extra cheese which I did NOT ask for or want. It ruined the taste for me, I had to pick off the pepperoni, pick off all the cheese, and then put the pepperoni back for it to be edible. DON'T put extra cheese if your customer doesn't...

Terrible. Ever since the Italian owner left and the Mexicans took over. Should be disgraced to call this pizza. Canned mozzarella, canned tomato sauce. Awful. Last good pizza place in this aera ruined. Pizza Sam is overpriced, this was the last good pizza place in all of Jackson Heights. Next closest one has to be near 82nd. Should be disgraced to serve...
