They are very unprofessional. They don't have quality standards at this restaurant. Often the bathroom is closed to save costs, and reject clients that need to use the bathroom. They aren't inclusive, table service doesn't work, so they can't serve people in need of it (blind people, etc.). Customer service ain't their top priority, and the staff is poorly trained. They can't even read a number on a food bag, and move it 4 meters from the counter to the tables at the back of the restaurant.
Sometimes they close the tables on the back for no reason, so they can block the bathroom from a further position, even if the restaurant is full and customers that have to eat standing up because tables on the front are full.
Some restaurants made Americans believe that McDonalds was on it's way to achieve a great brand, great service, at affordable rates, such an amazing combo. However, restaurants like this one remind us how poor management, lazy employee networks that rotate staff based on ethnicity rather than performance, excused into a labor shortage, remind us how a brand can go from great to awful very quickly.
Back in the day McDonalds tried to sell franchises to decent, religious, families, uncapable of having this stupid mistakes, however nowadays territories are owned by big companies and rich brats that lack skill or common sense to keep this under control. Totally disappointing. If by any chance they feel some sort of smart businessmen, I remind them that when I see a restaurant like this I'm happily go from spending double or triple for buying what I like, to spend as little as possible and still enjoying the food quality that hardly can be ruined by these incompetent people. And when a competitor opens local next door, I happily spend much less and visit them instead time to time. But at the end I'm happy because they save me money. They a condemned to be the cheapest. Being the best takes much more than this.

Read moreJust went there today, 7/13/25, and the service was mediocre at best. One or multiple of the employees were having a breakdown or drama about one of the employees supposedly trying/wanting to be in a relationship with a manager. This caused mine and other customers wait times for things as simple as drinks to be unreasonably long. Not to mention that when they finally came out, they weren't as ordered nor did i get all 3 drinks I ordered, only 2 of the coffees. Those two I did get luckily didn't have any sugar in them as my relatives have relatively serious diabetes. This branch, from the past times I've gone, is already subpar in their quality compared to even the White Plains one, with employees very blatantly only there for a check.
There were 6 employees at the front, but it felt more like only 2 as the one employee who did attempt to help us as best as he could was still spread thin trying to hand out orders, fulfill them and man the kiosk. I have worked in retail and customer service positions, but never once were personal problems supposed to be a problem on the clock, let alone interfere with the service customers received. If an employee has a problem and is unable to perform that is understandable, we are all human, but it should not be dealt with on the floor in front of customers, especially regarding inter-team relationships.
Kudos to the employee who did his best but a 35-minute wait time for a relatively medium-sized order at most because of personal problems affecting the entire floor team is not...
