I'll give you an upgrade on the reviews. Last time I gave 1 star, because you had no workers but 1 or 2, and I ordered a small French Fries, and a Tea. I waited donkey years to get it. Also, the place needed cleaning. Today, I visited your store, it's clean, and I saw 4 to 5 people working, and the wait time had gone down... I collected my stuff 1 2 3... you got an update from 4star....to 5 stars.....I see working individuals, full staff, and the place is clean!

Staff rushed my order and forgot both orders of fries. I went back to request my order. After receiving my order I was only given 2 sauce cups. After ordering 40$ worth of food, I requested more sauce because i had burgers, sandwiches nuggets and especially fries. Today I was blessed to have met a young woman by the name of Kim at the Hollis McDonald’s location. Not only was her customer service was impeccable, she made my day by putting a smile on myself and my sons face.
