McDonald's — Restaurant in New York

Just got back from this location with my two little girls. Ordering was fine, couldn't ask for better service. But when the order came it came with a supersized nasty attitude worker. A light skinned black girl with the most unpleasant demeanor, "sighed" when I asked her for a cup of ice. She told me very sarcastically "I'm sorry, were all out of ice" I knew she was lying. She didn't even bother to check. Just then off to the side, I can hear the ice being filled for the drive through orders. I patiently waited for the nice lady that took our order to come back and kindly asked her for a cup of ice so my girls can share the orange juice and an extra fork for the extra hot cakes. All was done without hesitation or questions. Service with a smile. We sat, we ate and you can hear the same thing being argued with another customer. He made a complaint with the nice lady whom I now assume to be the manager. In short, I like this McDonalds. You need to terminate her, she's not a proper representation...

This restaurant is the worst... the staff is soooo rude. I had a mobile and was told to pull up to the side and or come inside to receive my order. But.. wait.. how do you know what my mobile order is if you don't ask nor care to check my order number?? While waiting outside after 30 minutes of nothing.. I walk inside and everyone is just standing around with there daily gossip.. talking about customers in which they are serving.. all this as I stand at the front of the counter of en empty store with no one trying to aid me.. no welcome no nothing.. I stood there for 10 minutes not only to get rude service but to be told I'm just standing there not saying anything ? Are you serious.. is this the way business is conducted...I thought once you enter you are greated? let me know.. they all should be fired and rehire other people that know what it is to represent a company. Next ti.e I'll just record it and post it on line.. this is the worst place to try to get a meal.....

The food at this location is always nice and fresh. It is actually the best McDonald's that I have ever had. The fries are always fresh. My son got a double pounder burger. I had a small bite and it was really delicious. The presentation of the burger was perfect too. For the first time today I looked, at a burger that actually looked like what you would see in the commercials. The burger was juicey too. Plus if you drive, the location is convenient also. I would have given them 5 stars, but the girl who took the order was very rude towards my 10 year old son. He was ordering and just trying to decide on what he wanted and she shouted at him and said, "is that all."

When I went around to pay, I expressed to her that I really wasn't pleased in how she dealt with my kid and that all he is doing is...
