I have always order at this place and the lady at the counter always has A BIG ATTITUDE. I am very patient since I work in the customer service field and I know how it can be. However, every-time I order she’s never pleasant and in fact hanged up on me several times over the phone as I was placing my order. The cook person in the kitchen seems to hate to work there and every time I modify a request in my food he rolls his eyes. It honestly hurts receiving this type of service and therefore I will no longer order from here. The waiter ( a guy) is the ONLY ONE with constant great service and they should learn from him. I haven't enough accolades to shower on the original restaurant and its newer sister a few blocks away, both on Jamaica Ave in Woodhaven Queens. The rotisseried chicken is without equal. Though equal in quality, the original restaurant is geared to be somewhat more upscale/formal. Here the jefe de cocina and the sous cooks are clearly more than come and go fly by nights. Service is exact, accommodating, friendly, and helps the experience -- as it should. Clean lavatories are exemplary. Mood is friendly amongst diners. I called on June 28 The lady that answer the phone is so rude, she does not know how to treat customers. I asked if she could give me a chicken that’s not too cook and not dry and she was so rude telling me the chickens are always dry and there’s nothing she can do. I asked to speak with the manager because she was so rude and she lied and said he wasn’t there. The food is good but this lady is not it she’s TOO rude they need to fire that lady. If you work in customer service you’re supposed to give good service.
