The woman that answers the phone here has to be the rudest human being in existence.

I placed an order and afterward realized I hadn't given her my intercom number. I called back to supply this and she simply said "no". I asked what she meant and was told "no". I figured this must have been an honest instance of there being a slight language barrier, although there was none when I originally ordered. She finally clarified that I can come down the stairs to collect the food and her driver will not go up. I said okay and she replied condescendingly with "you understand? You got that?" At this point I was a bit upset so I said "yeah, I got that. And you can cancel my order" to which she replied "okay".

Ten minutes later she called me back and asked if I still wanted the order. As turnabout is fair play I responded with "I said I don't want the food earlier. You got that?". She let me know that the food was already made so I would have to take it. I guess she felt this gave her the upper hand, but I still declined to take the order.

This is quite a shame as I've ordered there once before and the food, although a little overly salty, wasn't terrible. I also placed my order there with her the first time I had there food and had thought about cancelling as she was very rude on that occasion as well, but I was with family at the time so...

This is the goto Mexican place on Jamaica Ave and Woodhaven. The food is good, but a little pricey. It is recommended that you go with the nachos.

The spicy sauce is put on all food like a Mexican flag so make sure to say on the side otherwise have some sour cream on hand to kill the spice.

For an authentic experience also get a Juaritos soda or Coke in a bottle.

Other items that determine whether a Mexican place rocks...

Flautas - tacos fried, usually chicken which should be boiled first, not grilled, with sauce on top or on the side

Tacos - double tortila, stuffed with 🍖, the onion and jalapeño on the side are awesome.

Enchiladas Suizas - Google this dish, if you like spicy and cheese and creamy... not all places make it the same, if your place grills the chicken......

I ordered $70 worth of food for half of the food to be thrown away the beans had no taste, the rice you can tell was microwaved some grains was hard and some were soft couldn’t even eat not tasty at all. As for the FLAUTAS DO NOT ORDER it was not even edible The chicken was very dry and hard look like it’s been sitting in the fridge for a week and they just reheated it by microwaving it the flautas were so huge for no reason the meat was only in the middle nothing in the ends I will never order here again! PLUSS the lady on the phone is rude with a attitude. Only good part about this is the food came quick...
