UNBELIEVABLE!! I would give this place no stars if I can. Okay so I’m a Muslim woman and a few years ago, me and my sister were checking out things when an employee said “don’t touch, you might steal it”. The employee was a old man. Recently I bought some clothes from rainbow and while the cashier was getting my clothes ready, she didn’t REMOVE a Security tag. This is the SECOND time it has happened. Of course, they didn’t apologize for it and made me look like a criminal infront of everyone. The place also looks trashed and the clothes are kind of dirty with lint all over it. I cannot believe this!! A nice lady helped me with the tag but this is the second time it happened and I don’t think it was an “accident”. NEVER shop here cause I don’t think I’m gonna be coming back to this dump. (The company is great, not this place. Also very cheap material used and the manager has a very bad attitude. Plus size is very small and there’s no fitting room. The floor is very dirty and someone left their Dunkin’ drink there. Smh 😒. I do not recommend coming here as the staff here are rude...

When you buy in rainbow, they give you a receipt with a coupon below every year. $5/$10 off. If you buy $50 or more you get $10 off. The new manager of this store tells me he cant give me the discount because some of the clothes were already on sale. This is a lie because I have always bought here and even if some have discounts, you can still use the coupon. Nowhere in the coupon says you cant use it when something on sale. He was also being super rude as when i asked why he just said goodbye telling me to leave. Many times that I have entered he has been rude to me and I noticed that he has been rude to many other people. Also, the ticket didnt expire so it...

I went in to return a pants that I bought 7 wrong size so I go to change it and the tag had came off it was in the bag so the cashier a dominican woman was rude and reprimanded me she said your not suppose to take the tags off it I told her I did not take the tag off it was in the bag it must of came off and I Had my receipt so Why was she being soo rude she has no customer service she should not be working with customers if she dont have respect I did not beg her for nothing I paid for my item I won't be shopping...
