Momo's — Restaurant in New York

SORRY as I had to write this review today!! Momos is now the best restaurant in ozone park for their foods and their internal environment _ no doubt BUT today I WAS SHOCKED..!! I went to pick up my order today around 3 pm and was waiting for my call. What I ve seen that time was ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING!! The guy(bald head with beard) preparing foods ve taken a carpet/carpet like something from back and placed it on the floor. Then he again started preparing food (he took a bread ,cut it and decorated it) WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES..!!

Just after that he wiped his SWEAT from his forehead with the towel, that he placed in his shoulder all the time , and again he started touching and preparing foods WITHOUT CHANGING THAT GLOVES..!!

I ve just resisted myself to warn him in front of other attending customers that time.

SORRY dear management as still momo”s is my chosen restaurant here in ozone park but you guys should check your CC cam that time and SHOW CAUSE him for his such unhygienic...

Visited this new hotspot this evening to see what it was about. I have been living in my neighborhood for many, many years and Momo's Mediterranean Grill is a wonderful addition!! The food is flavorful and everything is clean. The staff is extremely sweet and they are extremely helpful if you do not know what you want. I have a picky husband and he LOVED the beef gyro wrap. I had the beef gyro pita and it wonderful. The tomato/cucumber option that they have is delicious. I hate cucumbers, but this made me change my mind. I will only eat this at this restaurant be ause no where else has ever tasted like this!!! We will definitely be eating here again. For all the young ladies.... there is a gentleman who works here, in his early 20s, that is the sweetest, most delicious looking man I have seen in this neighborhood in a long time 😉 Stop in, have a bite and just look at him!!! Trust me, it will be a trip worth...

I will be honest about this place; the food is good, and I have been eating their food for more than 2 years but something went wrong since the place was sold to a different owner two years ago. We all know that during this crisis of COVID-19 our health is the most important thing, but the new administration of that place do not care about their customers. I was there to order a chicken wrap, and the lady who made the wrap refused to change her gloves. I saw her touching cash, with the same gloves (come on) I am a person. Are you seriously? She did not change her gloves to make my wrap (that’s unacceptable at all labels). Wait, I spoke to the manager, and he didn’t address that issue. I hope the NYC Sanitation department can address this problem because we are human beings. Do not eat from this place, if you do so, make sure you see that girl...
