The delivery experience was terrible and extremely unprofessional.they did not pack my delivery order with utensils after I specifically requested for them to do so , secondly they were banging on my window once they arrived and did not call once upon there arrival. The delivery man was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called to make a complaint and I was met with a very rude woman saying the whole ordeal was my fault by not providing them with my number while they didn’t ask for my number in the first place besides I know they are equipped with a caller ID so I found the whole ordeal very offensive. This is not the first time they have done this they have done this same exact thing numerous times to me before with the whole no utensil and banging on my window once the delivery man has arrived .the woman who takes the orders over the phone at the restaurant is extremely rude. This will be the last time I order from that place . They need to take there jobs more seriously and they need major improvements on customer service. I’m very...

I usually order from here, but after today, never again. The delivery man was extremely rude. After he handed me my change, I was counting it to make sure he gave me the right amount (like I always do, and always give a tip after doing so). He then demanded for a tip, with an attitude; I told him he wasn't getting one. He then got angry and said, "you are supposed to give me a tip, you can't give me no tip". After him arguing and continuously demanding for a tip, I shut the door and called Moon Star to complain about what happened. I had to repeat the story three times to her, and she says that I "should've given him a tip and everything should've been fine". It turns out my tenants had the same issue with the same delivery guy, that also demanded a tip from them....

I know most everyone that works there and they are all nice to me. I can actually have laughs with them and have been a customer for many years. And the delivery people during the day I also know and we get along swell!

Always tip the delivery person and the more the better. Never less than five dollars on a very small order and higher with the price of food as it goes up. And once in a while I will make it 25% for a holiday season delivery including that of a big order.

One more thing, I recommend you buy something extra when it is a small order, add on for the next day to pick on or for an add on to the meal. You might like that...
