Atmosphere is nice...it's very busy..the lady that took my order was very nice..she asked my name and put it on the receipt so that they would call my name when the order is ready...a different young lady someone's name and no one answered so she looks at me and asks if that is my order..I respond no...it is not...i said my order is a Bandeja paisa...so she goes about her business...about ten minutes later she gets another order ready and puts it on the counter...and she walks away...then she walk by and nothing...I ask her excuse me is this my order?...she says yes and I ask don't you call the name when the order is ready she looks at me like she's constipated...and walk away...so the food was good...but they must emphasize to the workers that even if they are constipated lol they should always be cordial and polite to the customers...other than that I did not mind the long wait and the food was good..love the bean the steak was cooked nicely the pork delicious...I definitely will...

If i could give it a 0 i definitely would... im not one to complain, unless necessary. My first time to this place last night, wasnt really hungry so i just ordered empanadas, they were hard and appeared like they had been out all day, i asked waitress if i could possibly get fresh ones, the man in charge swapped out the old ones and came to me with a stinky attitude saying they were good. I touched the ones he bought over and stated that those were not the ones i had sent back, this batch was fresh, he then went on to insinuate that i was wrong... he then slammed the batch into the nearest garbage and didnt apologize, instead tried to make me feel like i was wrong and ignorant, he continuously repeated, "I dont know what you are talking about" the group i was with, someone commented somethjng about it and he just walked away, the rest of the time there he kept looking at us badly... not saying the food is bad, but the customer service...

I've always walked by and seen it filled with people. I've never actually walked in till now. I'm a picky eater and don't eat just anywhere. The girls at the register are quick to take your order. I didn't know what to order, asked if they had chicharron de pollo and she looked at me as if I had three heads (figured it was something they didn't sell by her comment but she implied that it was something that didn't exist). I ignored her facial expressions. I bit my tongue, picked up a menu and ordered something that looked familiar. My food came out pretty quick, it was a carry out and I was in and out in less than 15 mins. The food was good. Rotisserie chicken could have had more flavor but it was decent. My boyfriend loved the breaded shrimp and chicken wings. The portions are big, the prices are right and the food is decent all the things you expect from your local...

It was ok.. Waited too long for the food. I specifically told the waiter I don't eat arepas and sweet plantains yet it was on my plate. Since I was a solo and the were a group to be seated and since I was waiting for my bill but not finish, the waiter told me he needed my table handed my plate and drinks to me and took the table to the other family. So I was standing with my plate, drinks and a bag of Colombian bread I had purchase from them. I did not like how I was treated yet I left my tips. Don't think I will ever go back.

Food here was so rich with flavor! Prices were extremely reasonable and we were definitely full when we left. When we went there was no English speaking staff, so you will have a language barrier here if that is your only language, but do not let that stop you! Brush up with Google translate or get the help of someone nearby because this food is too good to miss!
