Mr. Pollo #2 — Restaurant in New York

OMG !!! Every time I place an order for a delivery they always make a mistake . All three times I ate there I had the same problem which was the same as the girl “AMY” who posted her experience below . I was very specific on what I ordered and all three times they either brought me something different, the order was incomplete while claiming I didn’t order something, and another time they brought me 2 large orders of something when I specifically placed a small order . The first two times I had two different waitresses and they both made mistakes. The third time I ate there I was with a friend of mine I was taking to lunch for his birthday and because he was in the mood for Spanish food I didn’t want to say no because it was his choice . However, this time I purposely audio recorded myself and my friend placing our orders. When the food showed up and I realized they screwed up our orders again the waitress also tried to get nasty “AGAIN” as well Lol . But as I stated above I was well prepared this time. I let her and her manager hear the audio recording and when she realized she was wrong and I didn’t get an apology after they merely agreed to rectify it we left all the food on the table and walked out with out paying for anything. And I told them flat out...Not only aren’t we paying for food we didn’t order but we don’t want anything else and you could feed it to the raccoons later. To think we had to audio record us placing our orders and they still got it wrong, and then the waitress gives us an attitude again, heard the audio recording, realizes she’s obviously wrong and still doesn’t apologize....

Be aware! work at school ps790. Throughout the week we went to lunch at this site. The change in prices caught our attention, since they announce at 9 dollars lunch includes soup and rice the first day we all paid 10 dollars it seemed normal with taxes, in short we do not pay much importance. but the following days the same order always charged us differently than the advertised li. With great respect we approached to make the respective claim and I demanded the recive in which my co-worker and I realized that we were scammed and we claimed the girl and she with a very greedy attitude told us that taxes how obvious was a lie she had been stealing from us. Do not go to this site and if they do be sure to ask for your receipt!

trabajanos en la escuela ps790. durante toda la semana fuimos a almorzar a este sitio. El cambio en los precios nos llamo mucho la atencion, puesto a que ellos anuncian a 9 dolares el almuerzo incluye la sopa y el arroz el primer dia todos pagamos 10 dolares nos parecio normal con los impuestos, en fin no le prestamos mucha importancia. pero los dias siguientes la misma orden siempre nos cobraban distinto a a li anunciado. con mucho respeto nos acercamos a hacer el respectivo reclamo y les exiji el recivo en el cual mi compañero de trabajo y yo nos dimos en cuenta de que nos avian estafado reclamamos a la muchacha y ella con una actitud muy grocera nos dijo que los impuestos lo que obiavente era mentira ella nos habia estado robando. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, NEVER WILL ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! I placed an order online and ordered their Breaded Chicken Breast Meal and their 3 Milk Cake. The Chicken Breast meal was okay, it came with a small salad. Which they defenilty could’ve gave you more dressing for; rather than 1 very tiny container of dressing for a nice small portion of salad. I personally don’t like my salad dry, I felt like I was eating only grass... But that was nothing compared to this. My 3 Milk Cake came with Mold growing inside of the Cake itself. I was craving this cake all day and I’m so upset this happen. And honestly I can only imagine what their kitchen and food looks like behind doors... please be careful if you eat here. There’s definitely some dangerous unsanitary issues they have going on here. So once again just watch out and be careful. I definitely could’ve gotten very sick if I would’ve ate this. I’m happy I always check my food before eating! (Smart thing to do) I wish I could’ve gave this place 0 Stars, I also wish I could’ve posted these disgusting pictures I have on my phone of this cake with mold all over it and...
