New King Wok — Restaurant in New York

I used to go here from time to time when it was Jade, but kinda stopped because the quality was always hit or miss. Now that it’s a new place I figured I’d stop by and give it a shot.

Of course, I ordered the Chinese fast food staple; Chicken Broccoli. It was a huge portion, the chicken was tender and the broccoli was crunchy. The sauce wasn’t too thick or oily either.. just right.

Egg-roll was spot on and the pork fried rice was decent. Extra points for including a fortune cookie (which so many places don’t do anymore for some reason). Time will tell if they can remain consistent...

I decided to order some takeout and delivery I had ordered egg foo Young spring rolls came with an eggroll and fried rice and I ordered some hot and sour soup spring rolls or very soggy not even crispy. Same with the eggroll my egg foo yong I asked for brown gravy, they gave me some kind of soy sauce gravy very salty. The hot and sour soup was terrible. I had ordered online and gave instructions for Brown gravy for my egg foo young delivery was slow. I don’t know if I’ll order from this...

Take-out...only. Not a restaurant. Tried General Tso's chicken and was disappointed...Not spicy as listed in menu. Flavor was bland. Ordered a large . Not enough chicken and space. Pricey. No wait at all, order was ready for pkup. Food was fresh. Going to try another take-out place. I believe I said it all . Probably will not...
