I came here for a couples massage. My partner felt his massage went really well. I didn’t like mine at all. After speaking with my partner there were several things they had in their massage that I did not. She worked over a sheet for more than half of my massage. By the time she got to the end I had sore spots and no relaxed body parts. The massage felt very rushed through and during the massage the phone rang twice and they stopped to speak to customers. They did not give extra time on the massage to account for the stops. I would never go back to this spot and never recommend this spot to anyone. My massage was 80 minutes and it was all good until it was time to pay. They have a minimum $20 tip policy that isn’t even fair. I gave them $100 and they didn’t give me back the change or even allowed me to tip them separately. I felt ambushed about giving a tip and it was really uncalled for. The 90-minute full body and foot massage was lovely. However, we waited a while past our appointment time, but in the waiting area and again in the room. I got a couples massage with a friend and didn't really love that the two massage therapists were chatting the whole time. I also didn't love their "minimum tip" of $20.
