New Young Hong Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I've ordered from this place basically for the last five years. Mainly because it's so close to my apartment. The service from them has always been mediocre and the food has been just ok. I've been satisfied for the most part but you have to be careful because they DO NOT care about customer satisfaction. If they get your order wrong they won't apologize, they'll go as far as just hanging up the phone on you! Today I placed an order... the same order I have been placing with them for god knows how long and they send me the wrong thing. I call to politely explain that they got my order wrong. This man decides it's better to yell at me and tell me I ordered it wrong and that he doesn't care to replace it. I told him I wouldn't be ordering from there anymore, especially being that there are a ton of other Chinese takeout restaurants down the block. He didn't care. He just hung up. It's really not worth giving these people any of your money. Call the other guys...

I was over charged for my order. The women behind the counter tried to rob me of $20. My over charged order was $16, I gave her a $50 she gave me back $14. She folded the money and pushed it through the little money window. ( I think she thought I wouldn't have counted it but I did) I said " excuse me I gave you a $50" She then gave me a $20 without question. Please note I didn't say how much I was shorted but she knew exactly how much she shorted me because she intentionally shorted me. Disgusting subhuman.

I use to order from this place for a year and a half. I really thought their food was awesome until last night. I had a dead roach mixed in with my pork fried rice, I was so disgusted, that I didn’t even take a photo of it. I just flushed it down the toilet. I will be contacting the New State Health Department and also the BBB real soon. That place will no longer...
