I’ve been to this place several times. First, the food: it’s amazing and affordable. I get the chicken enchiladas with mole every time. Among the best I’ve eaten. As for the service, the kindest people you’ll ever meet. You feel like a guest in their home. It’s a very humble, small spot you might miss as you walk by it. But you walk in, eat your meal in peace and quiet, take a break. Just a great old fashioned place.

One more thing about the people who run it: I went in one time on heavy meds for a heart condition and forgot my debit card there. Looked for it for a couple days, then realized I’d probably left it here. I walked in and they had it waiting for me, gave it to me with a smile. Give these gentlemen...

If you're looking for an authentic Mexican food experience in the Kingsbridge Rd section of the Bronx, this is a good place to go!! The food was good, I tried a Birria Burrito for the first time, and I will say that it lacked ingredients. It had way more Birria meat than anything else...
