Mocha Cafe — Restaurant in New York

I have previously enjoyed successful deliveries from this establishment; however, I have recently received stale food.

I attempted to call the store to discuss this issue, but I could not connect as the line appears to be disconnected.

I kindly request that you avoid serving stale, hard food. For instance, I ordered a blondie for the first time, and it lacked moisture, while the brownie was satisfactory.

Such inconsistencies have become a frequent issue for me. Additionally, the baked goods often arrive in an open brown bag, at best secured within a larger brown bag.

I would like to give a higher rating, but experiences like this, combined with a lack of response from management, hinder my trust and willingness to return.

I sincerely hope that this establishment improves in the future, allowing others to have more consistently positive...

I was passing by and came across this cafe . From the outside it looks welcoming and attractive for customers & figured I’d give this place a try . When I got inside I knew instantly what I wanted, the cashier then saw me but didn’t even say anything to me as she so was so invested in helping out these Uber eats delivery people. I stood there almost about 15 mins and still nothing . Another customer standing there with me also was waiting for more than 15 mins . After waiting for over about 20 mins she was still attending the Uber drivers who were coming in and out and she still didn’t say a word. Too much high price and inconsistency on price that they charge.. Just a regular salad, no meat, only veggies.. I order as per their menu and price, when I come to counter they are charging me $3 more than it supposed to.

I ask why ?? They saying price for this topping is more than what you see in menu board.. ok.. I ask Why the extra 2 dollars for, because of avocado.. what Quarter avocado is 1.50, half avocado is $3, full avocado is $6 as a topping on salad ?? She is says, yes sir, we charge $6 for one full avocado as a topping on salad..

I simply said, ok charge me this time, no argument, I am not gonna buy...
