Pizza Hut Express — Restaurant in New York

Although my experience was maybe my first and last. I want to commend the staff on the clock today for their restraint as customer service and dealing with customers. I’m not sure what the girl name was I believe she said Des should be promoted for her great customer service and positivity and being able to compose herself gracefully under conditions no worker should have to deal with. Someone needs to promote this girl or she needs a better job because I could have never handles the situation she dealt with today in such a well manner. The food wasn’t all that not sure what’s going on but kudos...

Skip this Pizza Hut, if you have a craving, go to Target on 225th Street. It's 5 blocks away. They finally opened after months of construction. Went there to try it out, nasty and rude staff. Basic question, how much is your food? No prices on the menus. How long is it going to take? After over 50 minutes of waiting we got our pizzas. When we got home, and opened it up, all the pizzas were soaked with oil. It was not edible, had to throw them all out.

Called restaurant because when we placed the order we didn't see an apartment number on the receipt. Lady of the phone said "we don't do delivery " and couldn't find my order which was not true at all. Called again and the manager confirmed that they do delivery but was speaking over me. Pizza arrived cold and soggy. Buffalo wings had no sauce. This restaurant spent months closed after being built. And they found the most ghetto, trashy employees to run it. This place deserves...
