No 1 Halal Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

I am giving 5* because I don't want this shop to shut down because of bad reviews and the owner is genuinely a good person.

However, I have a complaint. I always order beef broccoli, whenever the owner is present, I get good amount of beef and decent amount of broccoli. Whenever the owner is not there, I get a small amount of beef and a lot of broccoli. This happened to me 3 or 4 times.

Last time I ordered beef broccoli and told him to charge me for extra beef, he charged me $3 extra which I was fine with. I went home to see 10 pieces of small beef and again a lot of big broccolis.

I really dont want this business to shutdown because of it's employees. The owner seems to be a caring person and really trying his best to keep this restaurant business. I would suggest the owner to make sure that the food...

This place has to be at the top of the list of worst restaurant I have ever been to.i usually don't go to any bad restaurants. But with this one I went out on a limb. I didn't look at the reviews or anything like that.

I just went in the restaurant. My first impression when I walked in was this place seems kinda sketchy. The woman who was the cashier was doing to much she was all over the place and cooking at the same time. Cleaning back and forth, and I was trying to make and order.

She would come to the counter then walk off.that is really bad customer service. The ambiance was not good the kitchen just looked really messy. I had finally got the food, I took it to a relative, they said the food wasn't good at all.

So I've been eating here for many years and while the customer service and the ambiance is lacking the food quality and flavor is consistent and good. Switching from styrofoam containers the portions have gotten a little smaller but overall a good value for the money. Food is always clean and hot, they do have an A rating from the dept of health. Not a great place to sit and eat but does the job if necessary. Generally I plan to take my meal to go of I order here.
