Pacific Kitchen — Restaurant in New York

Have been ordering pick up or take out from here for years. Has been consistent and tasty. Always hot and ready on time. Reasonably priced. Front desk person is a friendly and proficiency young woman.

However, the last two times we ordered, lamentingly, the food was sub par and without flavor. My wife commented negatively on the taste of the oil used in the preparation of two different dishes. It seemed either reused or rancid. Twice a month apart.

My recent order of Seafood delight was requiring of salt. I have never salted Chinese food in my life. The white sauce was flavorless and the chunk of “lobster” was chewy.

We would like to compliment the ALWAYS wonderful and flavorful boneless pork ribs. For now it’s the only thing we will order from here.

I hope they read this and look into what I am talking about.

IMG_2283.JPG So I finally went for the first time & I must say this place is great not just the food but the customer service was excellent you don’t really experience great customer service anymore especially on Staten Island I love how hot everything was!!! The taste is fresh & yummy I wish the portion was a little bit more but over all fantastic I ordered two combination platers, chicken wings & 3 can drinks bill came up to $35 I’m not one to really leave a review but I’ve been searching for a great CLEAN Chinese spot on the island & finally I’m happy...

This is Chinese food with a kick of modernization. Most Chinese restaurants are meant for take out as they don’t have the most attractive looking places, but Pacific Kitchen is meant for dining-in. There’s a CKO (martial arts gym) connected so it sounds like a club sometimes but it’s maybe once a week. Food is well above average for your typical Chinese food and service is amazing.
