Since I already know I’m not going to get a response, I’m am just trying what is going on with the house and estate. My understanding is the home had been sold in September of this year,also your client no longer resides in New York and that she has taken several probate loans from which she’s received some money from. I’ve called,emailed, I’ve waited, I found the witnesses needed for signatures. If no one wants to speak/deal with me directly it’s no matter to me. I do deserve at the least updates. It’s unfortunate that it’s gotten to where I’ve filled a complaint with the Bar Association in Brooklyn,but now I will be contacting a news outlet,even if it’s only to have someone communicate with me and or your firm. I’m so proud I finally called; the consultation, the communication and the diligence was very impressive, but most importantly it made me feel confident I made the right choice.
