PEP Bakehouse and Coffee Shop — Restaurant in New York

Alright , I would pick all stars , BUT there were one unpleasant thing. It was Saturday morning, and there was only one barista working. There were a line of people and some in front of me even left because of waiting. In a busy day there better be two people , or manager to help taking orders. Overall , the girl working there was quick as much as possible (taking order / taking payment / making order) and on top of that being nice and polite. But we all know sometimes there are customers which decide on their order slower than others, so that’s where two workers are needed. We came here after having lunch at a nearby restaurant. The quaint cafe had both indoor and outdoor seating. The tables outside were occupied so, we got our goodies and ate inside.

When we arrived it looked like most of the items were already sold out but, they still had a decent selection available. The cashier was efficient and polite. I ordered three macaroons and thought they were light and flavorful.

If you come 30 minutes before closing, some of the pastries are 50% off. They sell pre-made sandwiches/salads, water/beverages, ice cream and granola in addition to standard bakery pastries. I would visit again if I am in the area. The bakery is located near the Net Cost and...

I was buying in your store today - Sunday November 22nd. I was with my mom. When I came in it was one customer in the store and cashier girl told us that there are only 2 customers allowed at while. We were waiting outside. But when that men left and we came in to the store one more customer followed us. So there were three people. Cashier didn’t tell her anything. When I asked her why she didn’t say she told nothing. And later one more customer came in when we were there. So she didn’t tell him anything. I wonder guys what the customer service you have.
