BEWARE!! Do not go here.. they encourage me to double the amount of filler to correct a simple issue .. reassuring me that it would be the best idea to get desire results .. ( so that doubled the price) mind u. The dr that did the consult did not do the procedure .. he has a tech to do the procedure .. ( mind u she was not apart of the consult) .. so after the procedure ( under eye filler ) it look fine .. but after the swelling went down .. I had the same issue.. .. but it now it was worst .... now there was a ridge where she put the filler ..They tried to fix it twice .. each time it looked great till the swelling went down in two days.... every time I complained .. they said ..
1:oh ur body is metabolizing the product ,
2: you have a channel in your face .. the product is moving ,
3: and some people Need more product than others ...
NEVER own the fact that the tech didnāt do a good job .. I could go on and on .. but my advice if u do decide to try this company .. and then when I asked them to dissolve it .. they wanted more money .. mind u they told me if I was unhappy .. ( because they knew I was ).. that they would dissolve it
1: ask to see them open up the filler package in front of u . So You know itās nkt watered down .. and ur getting what u paid for!
Take ur own before and after pics. Remember no matter how nice these people are .. they are in the business of makin money .. and they are not so nice when u have a complaint !!!
3.use a mirror when ur gettin ur procedure .. so u make sure ur getting all ur product .. people do lie !!
The only reason I gave them one star.. is because they are very friendly (DONT BE FOOLED ) & they did try to fix it for free .. even though they never did .. just made the proble worst .. makes u think twice about Groupon vendors .. JUST...

My obsession started at the cute little Manhattan location with a Groupon for laser hair removal in 2019.
On my first visit, I didn't know what to expect, but while I was waiting, there was a really loud, rude man aggressively berating one of the staff for something that was clearly not their fault. I remember watching Nata deal with him - she issued him a refund and very politely told him they didn't want that kind of customer. I was like, "yessss, this is the place for me! These people aren't doing whatever it takes to get your money, they have standards!!" Lol
Anyway, as it turns out, the package I purchased on Groupon wasn't sufficient for what I needed, so they refunded it and although it had already passed, honored the Black Friday special pricing for the service I needed.
Nata noticed my skin while I was in the waiting room and introduced me to the PCA peel. After one treatment I could see a clear difference, but after the third, my 40-year old skin was in better shape than it's EVER been.
Rama did my treatment, and she is delightful, which makes the whole "spread your lady parts" experience comfortable.

I had a grievance with the business and spoke to the manager who was a bit aggressive over the phone although I had only called to ask questions about my situation and she hung up before I could get her name and then ignored my calls whenever I tried to call back. Essentially what had happened is I got a package on Groupon pre covid and when things started opening up again I was told their Manhattan location (which they said wasnāt affiliated but uses the same phone number and name) had a fire. A friend of mine was told they were under construction. After trying to sort out a refund with Groupon I was told to speak to the business directly. I went to the location because when I had tried to text the number I would use to schedule appointments and explained the issue I never got a response. I was told by the maintenance man that there was never a fire or any construction and I could see for myself that nothing looked out of the ordinary. So I contacted The Brooklyn location hoping to speak to someone who could clarify what was going on and how I could have my services refunded and she was very nasty.
